Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their HR technology ecosystem, particularly with Workday expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday HCM platform, including system upgrades and custom configurations
  • Conduct audits and validation checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
  • Assist in end-to-end Workday projects, including module implementations and process redesigns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HRIS
  • Knowledge of HR business processes and technology operations
  • Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, and Talent & Performance
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or related field preferred
