Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their HR technology ecosystem, particularly with Workday expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday HCM platform, including system upgrades and custom configurations
- Conduct audits and validation checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
- Assist in end-to-end Workday projects, including module implementations and process redesigns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HRIS
- Knowledge of HR business processes and technology operations
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, and Talent & Performance
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or related field preferred
