HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to oversee the functional support of human resources systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with IT to ensure HR system requirements are met and defines system priorities
• Develops and maintains testing plans, conducts system testing, and assists IT in resolving defects
• Creates and delivers HR system training and develops reports to support business needs while ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience supporting Human Resources systems
• Professional in Human Resources or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with HRIS systems and project management is preferred
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is preferred
