Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for ADP HRIS/Payroll, ensuring operational stability
Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and integration issue resolution
Administer HRIS configuration, workflows, data maintenance, and system functionality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of HRIS or HR Operations experience focused on data integrity and reporting
Hands-on experience with ADP Vantage or comparable HRIS platforms
Strong reporting and data skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
High attention to confidentiality and data privacy
