Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Information System Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow Employee Service Management applications
Provide support for service requests, defects, and change requests
Write ServiceNow reports and dashboards based on HR domain requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and administration
3-4 years of experience working within the HR domain
Experience with HRSD case management and knowledge management
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes
ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred
