Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize HR systems, including UKG Pro and PlanSource
Conduct data audits, create reports, and ensure data integrity
Support automation and process improvements, while providing user training and support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred
2-4 years of HRIS/HR technology experience required
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, PlanSource, and other HR technology platforms
Strong knowledge of HR processes including Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management
Working knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance requirements
