Job Summary
Supporting Workday Learning, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will configure and maintain systems, manage business processes, and provide Tier 2 support to enhance high-volume retail hiring and enterprise talent processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday (Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
- Manage business processes, notifications, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot end-to-end process issues and drive root-cause fixes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Workday experience (Learning, Recruiting, or Talent/Performance)
- Hands-on configuration and reporting experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
