Job Summary
Supporting HRIS technical workflows, the remote HRIS Analyst will manage system configuration, data integration, and auditing while collaborating with HR teams to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Support HRIS technical workflows, gather business requirements, and execute configuration changes and system testing plans
- Conduct regular system audits across HCM data modules and ensure global data integrity through quality control strategies
- Collaborate with HR teams to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems, with a preference for familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office 365, especially Advanced Excel
- Foundational knowledge of XML and SQL programming languages
- Experience building basic metric dashboards and writing custom reports
