Job Summary
Administering and developing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will focus on UKG Workforce Management, configuring the system to meet business needs, generating reports for HR functions, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve UKG Workforce Management system issues and act as a troubleshooter for HR and Payroll
- Prepare and generate reports with employee data in response to requests from HR and other departments
- Analyze HR and Payroll processes, recommend improvements, and ensure the security of HR and Payroll information
Required qualifications
- Experience with UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions) or similar HRIS systems
- Proven ability to analyze HR and Payroll processes and recommend system enhancements
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and data security protocols
- Experience in training and documenting system use for end-users
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
