HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

To cover an associate on medical leave, a part-time HRIS Analyst Contractor will provide remote support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting, working 30-35 hours per week from the Minnesota Twin Cities Metro or SW Metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards while ensuring data integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Approximately 3-5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration/support
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
