Job Summary
To cover an associate on medical leave, the part-time HRIS Analyst Contractor will provide support for Workday functionality, configure business processes, and assist with system enhancements while working remotely from the Minnesota Twin Cities Metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards while ensuring data integrity through audits and validations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 3-5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration/support
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
