Job Summary
Supporting the administration and management of HR data within the PeopleSoft HCM system, the full-time HRIS Analyst will ensure data accuracy, system stability, and effective integration across HR technology platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR and organizational data in PeopleSoft, including employee job data and organizational structures
- Provide operational support for ancillary HR platforms, ensuring timely data flow to and from PeopleSoft
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and documentation related to HR data standards and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM in an HRIS, HR, or payroll environment
- Experience managing HR and organizational data structures
- Exposure to ancillary HR platforms and integration experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; PeopleSoft query/reporting experience preferred
