Job Summary
Supporting Talent Acquisition processes, the full-time HRIS Analyst will administer and optimize the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration while collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the configuration of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System, troubleshooting issues and supporting system testing
- Conduct regular system and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, driving corrective actions as needed
- Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance Talent Acquisition processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS administration
- Experience with iCIMS as a system administrator or part of an implementation team
- Strong technical aptitude for managing complex systems and operational processes
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
