Job Summary
To optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the remote HRIS Analyst 3 will analyze workforce data, configure system features, and deliver insightful reports that drive critical HR strategies across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Action tickets for accurate HRIS data entry, research, and reporting in collaboration with the HRIS team
- Deliver advanced data analysis and executive-level reporting with impactful visualizations
- Configure system functions to support key HR areas such as compensation, compliance, time management, and payroll
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of HRIS experience at the enterprise level, with hands-on data and system administration
- Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP), including the Time Management Module
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools, especially Power BI
- Strong preference for certifications in HRIS, HR compliance, compensation, or project management
