Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Implementations & Integrations, the full-time HRIS Analyst will provide technical support and system administration for UKG Pro WFM, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with organizational goals in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage system administration and ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM, including troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Oversee documentation, implementation, and testing processes to support end users and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, Integration, and Payroll teams to evaluate and enhance system design and data infrastructure
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM Dimensions Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics
  • Demonstrated expertise in HRIS, payroll, and change management
  • Healthcare experience with multiple locations and system configurations is strongly preferred
