Job Summary

Driving hands-on maintenance and optimization of HR systems, the remote HRIS Analyst will focus on the Workday platform, manage system configurations, provide troubleshooting support, and assist with end-user training.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the HR Systems Servicedesk ticket queue and triage incoming tickets
  • Provide ongoing support by researching and resolving system issues and building effective solutions
  • Participate in testing new system functionalities and support vendor release activities, including impact analysis and feature deployment
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Workday
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and pivot tables
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive curiosity and a passion for problem-solving
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
