Job Summary
Driving hands-on maintenance and optimization of HR systems, the remote HRIS Analyst will focus on the Workday platform, manage system configurations, provide troubleshooting support, and assist with end-user training.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the HR Systems Servicedesk ticket queue and triage incoming tickets
- Provide ongoing support by researching and resolving system issues and building effective solutions
- Participate in testing new system functionalities and support vendor release activities, including impact analysis and feature deployment
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Workday
- Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and pivot tables
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information
- Proactive curiosity and a passion for problem-solving
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
