Job Summary
To support the HR team, the full-time HRIS Analyst will manage security administration, reporting, and documentation of HR systems, while ensuring data integrity and providing production support in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Update and modify HRIS applications, develop documentation, and ensure data integrity protocols are in place
- Provide primary systems support and collaborate with HR teams on administration and configuration changes
- Create and update user documentation and implement training for HR team members on system access and utilization
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.)
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years of HRIS administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel)
- Aptitude for making data-driven recommendations and maintaining confidentiality
