Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced in Workday Benefits, the full-time HRIS Analyst will support system configuration, testing, and ongoing HRIS operations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional SME for Workday Benefits, managing configuration and optimization of benefit plans
- Lead annual Open Enrollment activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate benefits administration
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with Workday HCM
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Benefits
- Experience supporting at least two full Open Enrollment cycles in Workday
- Working knowledge of additional Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, or Payroll
- Experience with Workday business processes, security, testing, and configuration
