HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

To support the delivery of the Workday Implementation Roadmap, the remote HRIS Analyst will manage system optimization, stakeholder adoption, and assist in the deployment of HR projects during a 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday, ensuring alignment with global standards
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and support the review, testing, and communication of project implementations
• Analyze and develop HR projects, addressing complex issues and providing creative solutions

Required qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Workday, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Time Tracking
• Strong technical skills across various technology products
• Proven experience in HR with a focus on operational processes and data analysis
• Client-focused with collaborative and supportive work style
• Ability to manage service standards and stakeholder relationships effectively
