Job Summary
To support the delivery of the Workday Implementation Roadmap, the remote HRIS Analyst will manage system optimization, stakeholder adoption, and assist in the deployment of HR projects during a 3-month contract with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday, ensuring alignment with global standards
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and support the review, testing, and communication of project implementations
- Analyze and develop HR projects, addressing complex issues and providing creative solutions
Required qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Workday, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Time Tracking
- Strong technical skills across various technology products
- Proven experience in HR with a focus on operational processes and data analysis
- Client-focused with collaborative and supportive work style
- Ability to manage service standards and stakeholder relationships effectively
