Job Summary
To support HR technology initiatives, the full-time Associate HRIS Analyst will provide Tier II support, administer HR technology, and assist with Workday configuration and reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve escalated cases related to Workday business processes and transactions
- Document findings and solutions to enhance support efficiency and user experience
- Support the creation and maintenance of business processes, reports, and core HCM configuration activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HRIS Level 2 support with service level agreements (SLAs)
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM
- Proficiency in creating and editing business processes and custom reports
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
