Job Summary
Supporting the Oracle HCM platform, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will execute tasks related to system configuration, data maintenance, and basic troubleshooting while collaborating with team members to enhance HRIS expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Support the configuration of Oracle HCM modules according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Assist in troubleshooting basic system errors and participate in testing activities for upgrades
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in an HRIS or related technical support role
- Foundational understanding of HRIS concepts and basic database structures
- Experience with data entry, maintenance, and generating basic reporting from HR systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
