HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

To support HR technology initiatives, the contract HRIS Analyst will manage and administer systems such as HealthStream, PeopleFluent, and iCIMS while working remotely for a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support HRIS platforms, ensuring effective performance management and talent acquisition processes
• Manage user security, workflow configurations, and system audits while maintaining vendor relationships
• Generate reports and analyze data to support healthcare organizations and multi-site environments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting HR technology or HRIS platforms
• Hands-on administration experience with HealthStream, PeopleFluent, or iCIMS
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce compliance processes
• Experience in healthcare organizations or hospital systems preferred
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel
