HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with deep UKG Pro-suite expertise, the full-time remote position will manage system configuration, optimization, and administration to ensure operational efficiency across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro to support organizational needs
• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and overall system integrity
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that support business decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, with strong UKG expertise specifically in UKG Pro implementation
• Demonstrated experience configuring UKG business rules, workflows, and reporting
• Experience supporting open enrollment, payroll-adjacent processes, and timekeeping systems
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, compliance considerations, and reporting logic
• Proven ability to manage high ticket volume while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
