HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
To support the organization's HR operations, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst II will manage the administration, maintenance, and configuration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support the HRIS, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Generate and analyze reports related to compensation, payroll, and workforce analytics
- Research system issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements
Required qualifications
- Mandatory experience with Ceridian Dayforce
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or systems analysis
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements
