Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of high-quality HR operations, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will manage complex HR data transactions, maintain data integrity, and provide reporting insights within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex HR data transactions and system activities across global HR platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain HR data integrity through audits, controls, and proactive resolution of discrepancies
- Deliver timely reporting and data insights to support operational and business decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems, preferably including Workday
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience working with data management, reporting, and system administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
