Job Summary
Supporting HR systems in a virtual environment, the full-time HRIS Analyst will manage Dayforce administration, maintain data integrity, and develop reports to enhance HR efficiency and the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a key Dayforce administration resource, supporting Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Analytics, Dashboards, and Integrations
- Maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits, data reviews, and ongoing system monitoring
- Develop complex reports and dashboards to assist HR and business leaders in making informed decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of HRIS/HRMS experience, including system configuration
- Dayforce experience is required
- 3+ years of experience with data analytics and advanced reporting
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Timekeeping systems
