Job Summary
To enhance HR technology systems, the full-time remote HRIS Analyst will manage Workday configurations, support various functional areas, and drive automation and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects and define requirements for Workday modules while consulting with HR and business leaders
- Configure, test, and deploy system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Develop custom reports and analytics to support business decisions and improve overall performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM
- Workday Certification is highly desired
