Job Summary
Supporting the HRIS team in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data, the full-time Analyst I will assist with HR technology administration, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to process improvements in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the administration and configuration of HR applications, ensuring data integrity and resolving system issues
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for HRIS enhancements and workflows
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to assist with data analysis for business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or working equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 1+ year(s) experience providing support around HR, Payroll, Benefits, or HRIS
- 1+ year(s) experience with HRIS or enterprise business applications, preferably Dayforce
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to document requirements and business processes
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
