HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to establish and maintain processes and systems to leverage the skills and talents of their people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify user requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and make recommendations for improving the end user experience
• Create and maintain documentation of business processes, standard operating procedures, and process maps
• Support the testing and implementation of new HC technologies and consider the impact on existing systems

Required Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with standard Microsoft Applications
• Prefer Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Human Capital processes and reporting, specifically in Onboarding, Offboarding, Global Mobility, and Case Management
• Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow HRSD functionality and integrations
• Working knowledge in technologies such as Alteryx, Google scripting, UI Path, and data visualization tools
