Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tier 2/3 support for Workday system questions and issues
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to understand business requirements and configure the system accordingly
  • Evaluate HR business process requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement using HRIS technology
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with configuring and troubleshooting in an HCM, preferably with Workday
  • Experience partnering with Payroll and/or HR teams to configure HR systems
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into operational requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential data with a high degree of accuracy
