Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Bamboo Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance the company's use of BambooHR, focusing on payroll and benefits functionality
• Lead the configuration and setup of BambooHR models to meet HR and payroll requirements
• Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff for effective use of BambooHR

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with BambooHR configuration and maintenance
• Experience with payroll processing and integration in BambooHR is a plus
• Strong understanding of HR benefits processes within BambooHR
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to analyze current BambooHR usage and recommend data-driven improvements
