HRIS Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS-Data Administrator (Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and optimize HRIS platforms, ensuring system performance and reliability
• Ensure data integrity and security while managing HRIS reporting and compliance requirements
• Analyze and improve HR workflows, providing user support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR systems administration, or HR data analytics
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or Oracle
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Working knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
