Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS-Data Administrator (Analyst).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and optimize HRIS platforms, ensuring system performance and reliability
- Ensure data integrity and security while managing HRIS reporting and compliance requirements
- Analyze and improve HR workflows, providing user support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR systems administration, or HR data analytics
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or Oracle
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Working knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
