Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst I - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary support for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure data quality audits
Assist in the implementation of systems/applications and collaborate on upgrades and fixes
Develop and maintain reports, ensuring data integrity and process documentation

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in the HRIS field required
Knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday, and/or iCIMS preferred
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
Familiarity with labor law and software support is strongly preferred
