Job Summary
Supporting the administration and optimization of HR technology, the full-time HRIS Analyst II will manage complex configurations, integrations, and data integrity across various HR applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical and functional expertise across HR applications, including configuration, reporting, and enhancements
- Monitor HRIS integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders
- Develop reports and dashboards to support HR operations and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience supporting or administering enterprise HR applications, with a preference for Dayforce
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical tools
- Ability to document requirements and business processes effectively
