HRIS Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst III - Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
• Serve as a liaison between the HRIS Manager and the Core HR project team, managing communication and escalation of issues
• Analyze HR processes for automation opportunities and assist with training and documentation for the Core HR project team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of HR-related analyst experience
• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and/or Payroll modules
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel
• Experience with other HRIS applications, such as ADP, SAP, or Workday, is preferred
