Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst for a hybrid/remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert to support and drive Workday functionality
  • Collaborate with HR functional leaders to assess needs and deliver product enhancements
  • Manage Workday releases, maintain the Workday Adoption Calendar, and support functional reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • BS/BA preferred, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or IT/Computer Science
  • 3+ years of HR/Payroll experience with progressive responsibility in HRIS/ERP function
  • Experience with Workday required
  • Proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system design
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create reports and queries
