Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst for a hybrid/remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Subject Matter Expert to support and drive Workday functionality
Collaborate with HR functional leaders to assess needs and deliver product enhancements
Manage Workday releases, maintain the Workday Adoption Calendar, and support functional reporting

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA preferred, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or IT/Computer Science
3+ years of HR/Payroll experience with progressive responsibility in HRIS/ERP function
Experience with Workday required
Proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system design
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create reports and queries
