Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst, Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure data integrity in compensation and benefits systems
  • Design and run reports to meet the needs of Benefits, Compensation, and HR management teams
  • Oversee Quality Assurance processes and troubleshoot system issues related to benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HRMS
  • Advanced experience in Oracle SQL
  • 1+ years of database administrator experience preferred
