Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure data integrity in compensation and benefits systems
- Design and run reports to meet the needs of Benefits, Compensation, and HR management teams
- Oversee Quality Assurance processes and troubleshoot system issues related to benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HRMS
- Advanced experience in Oracle SQL
- 1+ years of database administrator experience preferred
