Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst, Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform configurations for core HCM and supporting modules
Lead system functionality testing and issue resolution while developing proof of concepts
Partner with stakeholders to create and prepare reports, analytics, and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
2-4 years' experience in an HRIS role supporting functional areas
Hands-on experience with Workday; Workday Certification preferred
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Experience with HR technology and compliance standards
