HRIS Analyst - Workday Talent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Workday - Talent & Learning Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure the Talent & Learning modules, including performance review cycles and learning enrollments
• Manage incoming HRIS tickets/issues and act as the primary Workday support contact
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system innovations while supporting system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience
• Deep expertise in Workday's Talent & Performance and Workday Learning modules
• Strong experience supporting performance cycles, talent processes, and learning programs
• Knowledge of HR business processes, technology, and operations, including compliance regulations
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
