Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Workday - Talent & Learning Focus).
Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure the Talent & Learning modules, including performance review cycles and learning enrollments
- Manage incoming HRIS tickets/issues and act as the primary Workday support contact
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system innovations while supporting system enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience
- Deep expertise in Workday's Talent & Performance and Workday Learning modules
- Strong experience supporting performance cycles, talent processes, and learning programs
- Knowledge of HR business processes, technology, and operations, including compliance regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
