Job Summary

Leading the administration and optimization of HRIS and payroll systems, the full-time Manager, HRIS, Analytics & Payroll will oversee global payroll operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the administration and ongoing maintenance of HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Develop and improve standard and ad hoc reporting on key People metrics to support leadership and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance operational efficiency in People workflows
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll operations, and People analytics, including 2+ years in payroll
  • Experience managing HRIS and payroll platforms, with a focus on configuration, administration, and reporting
  • 3+ years of people management experience in HRIS, payroll, or People Operations
  • Strong ability to create reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy, and reporting requirements
