Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Developer (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves requested data changes to ensure compliance with established business processes
• Performs mass data changes and updates for terminated employees
• Completes data validation and corrections to support HR programs and fulfills report requests

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an associated Human Resources position, preferably with HRIS (Workday)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient computer navigation skills using various software, including Microsoft Office applications
