Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Associate, People & Culture to provide administrative and operational support for the organization's HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HRIS support by responding to user inquiries and managing support requests
  • Conduct system maintenance, auditing user access, and assist with testing and reporting
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement of HR technology processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting or administering HRIS or HCM systems; Oracle HCM experience preferred
  • Experience in an administrative, operational, or support role within HR or HRIS is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
