HRIS Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Benefits Analyst to support integrations and data management within Workday and ADP GlobalView environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful processing of inbound and outbound integrations and resolve any errors
• Make necessary data corrections to address issues reported by the internal benefits team
• Extract data for audits and collaborate on ad hoc reporting requests with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP)
• Experience managing SAP Infotypes IT0014, IT0015, and IT0169
• Familiarity with ADP Import Formats: SSL and G2
• Experience with Spinfx reporting and standard reporting tools
• Able to combine various reporting sources in Excel for audits or issue impact analysis
