HRIS Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Business Analyst responsible for supporting and enhancing Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence applications globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence applications
• Gather and analyze business requirements and processes to align with technology solutions
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise applications

Required Qualifications and Education

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience with functional requirements, documentation, and ERP applications
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Payroll, including US Multi State Payroll
• Proficient in Workday Report Writing or similar tools
• Experience with multi-national organizations and various System Development Life Cycle methodologies
