Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRIS Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Support ongoing maintenance and operation of SuccessFactors and ADP systems
Conduct needs analysis and recommend service improvements for SuccessFactors/ADP
Support special projects, including requirements preparation, user acceptance testing, and training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 4 years of recent SuccessFactors experience
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, Onboarding, and Recruiting Modules
Hands-on experience with Position Management and ADP Workforce Now
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and strong analytical skills
