Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Business Partner - HR Process and Workday Resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams to understand business needs and improve HR processes using Workday
• Lead requirements gathering and translate HR needs into actionable system requirements
• Support ongoing HRIS operations and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration and ongoing support
• Proven ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
• Experience working with HR business processes and HR-enabling technologies
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
