HRIS Cloud Analyst - Intermediate

Job Summary

Providing innovative problem-solving support, the full-time HRIS Cloud Analyst - Intermediate will maintain and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provides production support by monitoring departmental email requests and resolving HR system issues
• Leads system improvements and maintenance, coordinating efforts across teams and ensuring thorough documentation of key activities
• Engages with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommends solutions aligned with business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with two years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of experience in technology and application support
• Strong end-to-end configuration and support experience of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Experience with Oracle's quarterly release notes and conducting impact assessments for system updates
• Technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations and data extracts
• Functional knowledge of broader Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR and Talent Management
