HRIS Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Information System Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define SuccessFactors solutions
• Participate in project scoping, planning, configuration, and delivery activities
• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and Onboarding and/or Recruiting
• Hands-on experience with at least three SuccessFactors modules
• Minimum of three full lifecycle implementations in EC / Onboarding / Recruiting
• Minimum of two years of production support experience
