HRIS Consultant - Workday Extend

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the HRIS Consultant - Workday Extend will focus on building innovative custom applications using Workday Extend, translating complex business needs into scalable technological solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop custom applications from scratch within Workday Extend, utilizing knowledge of data structures and security concepts
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels to drive process improvements and enhance HR-related business processes

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder management
• Functional knowledge of Workday, including data structures, organizations, and security concepts
• Experience with custom application development in Workday Extend environments
• Change management experience with a focus on process improvement
• Familiarity with the application development lifecycle (preferred)
