Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Associate responsible for data entry and support within the HRIS function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS team
  • Input data into the HCM and Lawson systems, ensuring accuracy and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve data issues and optimize processes


Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of general work experience
  • Experience with data entry into HR systems
  • Minimum of high school diploma; Bachelor's degree or related certification preferred
  • Previous experience using Lawson or Oracle based HRIS systems preferred
  • Familiarity with human resources and benefits administration concepts
