Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Associate responsible for data entry and support within the HRIS function.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS team
- Input data into the HCM and Lawson systems, ensuring accuracy and quality assurance
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve data issues and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of general work experience
- Experience with data entry into HR systems
- Minimum of high school diploma; Bachelor's degree or related certification preferred
- Previous experience using Lawson or Oracle based HRIS systems preferred
- Familiarity with human resources and benefits administration concepts
