Job Summary

HRIS Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for data entry and support within the HRIS function, ensuring data integrity and assisting with HCM to S3 (Lawson) interface processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs routine administrative tasks to support the HRIS team and ensures accuracy in data entry
  • Collaborates with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve data issues and conducts audits for optimization
  • Participates in system upgrades, conversions, testing, and assists with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of general work experience, preferably in an HR department
  • Experience with data entry into HR systems, specifically Lawson or Oracle based HRIS systems is preferred
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree or related certification is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations while meeting deadlines
