Job Summary
HRIS Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for data entry and support within the HRIS function, ensuring data integrity and assisting with HCM to S3 (Lawson) interface processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs routine administrative tasks to support the HRIS team and ensures accuracy in data entry
- Collaborates with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve data issues and conducts audits for optimization
- Participates in system upgrades, conversions, testing, and assists with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of general work experience, preferably in an HR department
- Experience with data entry into HR systems, specifically Lawson or Oracle based HRIS systems is preferred
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree or related certification is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations while meeting deadlines
